How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time. However If an emergency comes up and you forgot to cancel it under such a circumstace, Clean Bees would not charge you any cancelling fee and will refund the entire amount. We will be happy to reschedule and come back at your convenience in a future time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do your wash windows?

Unfortunately, we do not wash windows for houses yet. Having said that if it is on the ground floor and reachable by hand or through small step ladder we might be able to accomodate that.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?

No. you would get a complete refund.

Are you insured and registered?

Yes. We are registered with the secretary of the state in CT as an LLC and we are insured through a well known local insuracnce provider.

What kind of products you use for general cleaning?

We strictly use hand selected environmental friendly products for all general cleaning requirements.

Do you disinfect houses and offices and what kind of disinfectants are you using?

Yes we do disinfect houses, offices and other businesses. To fight Covid-19 CDC recommend to EPA registered N: List of products with specifications like active ingredients, formulation type, product name, site use, contact time etc. We take all these important factors into consideration and strictly using registered products for disinfecting purposes. Are you certified?

Yes indeed. We have both basic and advanced cleaning certification from ISSA'S Cleaning Management Institute. On the top of that we have completed ISSA's GBAC Fundamentals Online Course: Microbial Warrior Workshop, courtesy of Kimberly-Clark professional. So, we are excited to share what we learned and to implement that with the best of our effort to make a meaningful difference in our community.

We accept credit card, debit card, checks and cash as well. 

Cancellation Policy

We recommend you cancel the scheduled cleaning appointment at least 24 hours before. Again for some reason if you failed to do so we still give you a complete refund. No cancellation fee or transportation fee will be charged.
